The facility is designated to protect wine stored in tanks. The wine level does not reach the top of the tank. Nitrogen prevents wine oxidation. The storage bag is filled with nitrogen and, when the wine is released from the tank, the valve on the top of the tank opens at the same time and the taken volume of wine is filled with nitrogen. The storage bag is refilled from the bottle as required.
